The same months, every year.
Canada Day in June. The Maple Ball and the Toy Drive in December. EmpowerHer through the year. The Annual General Meeting in February.
Eighteen occasions across two years, each one dated and placed in the Taipei district the chamber holds it in.
2026.
2025.
Nine thousand people, in a park.
The day, and the pictures from it.

Celebration Canada
Celebration Canada is the largest Canada Day outside of Canada and the largest foreign national birthday celebration in Taiwan, with 9000+ people attending the event each year.
The chamber runs it with the support of the Taipei City Government, and works with the Formosa Cancer Foundation alongside it. The 2024 edition was the seventeenth, at Huashan 1914 Creative Park in Zhongzheng District. The 2026 edition was held on Saturday 27 June at the Taipei City Hakka Cultural Park.
Everything in the family zone is free: a bouncy castle, a balloon and magic show, carnival games, face painting, live music, Canadian food, and a photo scavenger hunt with English clues run with MIT English Learning Centers.

The Maple Ball
The Maple Ball is the chamber’s premier annual gala, celebrating the holiday season with fine dining, entertainment, and community spirit.
Since 2015, the Maple Ball has proudly supported the MacKay Memorial Hospital Children’s Ward, raising over NT$3 million through the steadfast generosity of our sponsors, partners, and guests.
The 2025 ball, Maple and Mistletoe, was held on Saturday 13 December at the Grand Hyatt.

The Toy Drive
Run alongside the Maple Ball, the Toy Drive takes Christmas to the young patients on MacKay Hospital’s Children’s Ward. Donors bring a new, unwrapped gift, and cash donations go towards buying more.
Christmas 2025 on the ward: cheerful carolers, a surprise visit from Santa Claus, and a reminder that the true meaning of Christmas is generosity, community spirit, and hope.
EmpowerHer
A women in business series that runs several times a year: a Women’s Day evening in March, a luncheon in October, an Advocacy in Action session in December, and a health and wellness session in May.
The chamber’s framing for the 2026 Women’s Day evening was an energizing atmosphere filled with thoughtful conversation, shared experiences, and genuine support.

Dragons’ Chamber
A pitch event for foreign entrepreneurs in Taiwan, sponsored and co-organised with Musa Trademark, whose CEO sits on the chamber’s board.
The Annual General Meeting
The chamber presents a summary of the previous year’s operational and financial highlights and unveils the business plan for the year ahead. Attendance is mandatory for voting members, and membership can be taken out or upgraded at the reception.
